Orbit is a verified-humans-only network for fitness creators and their fans, offering live streaming, on-demand video, events and classes, tips, ticketed content, and creator subscriptions. The specific features available may vary based on your account type and subscription.

3. User Accounts

To use certain features of the Service, you must register for an account. When you register, you agree to:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete information
• Maintain and update your information to keep it accurate and complete
• Maintain the security of your account credentials
• Accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account
• Complete identity verification where required (creator accounts) to help keep Orbit free of impersonators and bots

4. Subscriptions, Tips & Payments

Creator subscriptions, tips, and ticketed content are provided on a paid basis. By making a purchase, you agree to:

• Pay all applicable fees as described at the time of purchase
• Provide current, complete, and accurate billing information
• Authorize us to charge your payment method, including on a recurring basis for subscriptions
• Be responsible for all charges incurred under your account

Refund eligibility for tips, tickets, content unlocks, subscriptions, and cancelled events is governed by our Refund & Dispute Policy.

You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You agree not to:

• Use the Service in any way that violates any applicable laws or regulations
• Impersonate any person or entity or misrepresent your affiliation
• Upload or transmit viruses or any other type of malicious code
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any portion of the Service
• Interfere with or disrupt the Service or its infrastructure
• Use the Service to send spam or unsolicited communications
• Violate the privacy rights of others
